Hello Sisters, I’m Cheryl Michel, the 2007-2008 Community Service Chairman for the Department of Illinois.  There are several relatively new programs that the National Director is promoting this year.  One is “Wreaths Across America”…..the goal is to have a decorated wreath laid on the graves of all of our Nation’s heroes.  The other program is “Veterans Oral History Project”, the purpose is to collect and preserve audio and videotaped oral histories of war veterans.
