As the Graves Registration Chairman, this is the most important job I have ever held.  I will be sending Memorial Cards to family members, at the lost of one of our Sisters.  This is one of the final tributes we can do for our members.  The forms need to be received within 60 days of the death of our Sister.  Any forms received after 60 days, will be listed in the permanent Graves Registration Book, but no Memorial Card will be sent. 

 The Graves Registration Form has four parts, and each section is clearly marked as to who should receive them.

                                     The Auxiliary Chaplain’s Copy

                                     The District Chaplain’s Copy

                                     The Department Chaplain’s Copy

                                     The National Secretary/Treasurer’s Copy

 Please PRINT as clearly as possible on the form and mail each section to the appropriate person. The form should be completed in its entirety, including the full name and address of the next of kin of the deceased member.  I hope you remember that each Sister as important to us after death, as when she was active and involved in our wonderful organization.
