Janet Long, Chairman Joyce Cavins, Co-Chairman Hi –Joyce and I are excited to get a new year started in the
Hospital Program. We are looking
forward to another rewarding year of working with our Hospitalized Veterans.
The Department President’s theme is “a work of heart” and what a
wonderful theme it is because taking care of our Hospitalized Veterans is a work
of heart. There are many ways to participated in the Hospital Program:
Contact your local hospital and nursing homes to see that they need and how you
can help.
Send your Hospital Pledge, Hospital General Fund, TLC Day donation
Hospitals and Nursing Homes Once you have completed an activity it is the responsibility
of the Auxiliary Chairman to fill out and send report form 1 and 2 to the
Department Chairman, Janet Long and report form 3 to C0-Chairman Joyce Cavins.
Report form 3 can be filed online.
ALL
monetary donations must go through the Department Treasure in order to receive
your credit. We will once again participate in the
“Hospitalized Veterans Writing Program”,
the “Outstanding Volunteer of the Year”
and the “James H. Parke Memorial Youth
Scholarship”. Watch the
