Dear Sisters,

During the bereavement of our members I, the Graves Registration Chairman will express the Department’s condolence by sending Memorial Cards to family members. The deceased Sister’s name will also be listed in Department’s permanent Graves Registration Book. For these final tributes, I will humbly do for our members behalf.
I compassionately look to the Auxiliary Chaplains to notify me when the loss of a Sister has occurred with complete and accurate information. I also look forward to receiving all Graves Registration forms within 60 days of the Sister’s death.
I encourage each member to the read and become familiar with the Graves Registration program and help your Auxiliary Chaplain report deceased member as soon as possible.

REMEMBER: As Gayle LaSalle states,” We Cannot Direct the Wind but We Can Adjust Our Sails.” So please, perform one of the final respects to our departed Sisters by reporting her death to the Department of Illinois Chaplain.
