Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW Historian year. As President Bev will be traveling all over the great State of Illinois we a charged with recording all the activites for the official Department of Illinois Ladies Auxiliary to the VFW Historian Book
As President Bev visits your area please take pictures of the function and forward by email or snail mail to me to be included in the 2010 – 2011 book. When sending please remember “who”, “what”, where”, “when” and “why”. This will allow me to chronologically place all the information and record our history.
Please keep in mind that I only need to receive photos/articles that directly involved President Bev and information about her visit to your area. Events pertaining to your Auxiliary or District only should be reserved for your Auxiliary or District Historian book.
Our National President Cortina Barnes who’s them is “United by Love for our Veterans and Country” will be making her official visit to Illinois on February 9 -11th, 2011, please forward your pictures immediately as our Department report must be at National within 15 days of her official visit.
