I scream, You scream, We all scream for the Dairy Queen.
That’s right, as the Manager of the Dairy Queen, I am out to help our own Department President, Bev, not just be a worker in a visor but getting the crown of the Dairy Queen.
We all need to step up and get our Queen her Crown by December 31, 2010.
Our Goals are as follows:
60% at National Convention
70% at September 30, 2010
80% at the October Council Meeting
90% at the Dues Round Up
100% by December 31, 2010
We need each member to recruit a new member, or find the sister that has become forgotten and get her reinstated. And don’t forget that each continuous member cannot be lost. The Department is broken into three teams. The Southern Sundaes are Districts 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, & 17. The Northern Blizzards are Districts 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, 18, & 19. The Midstate Crazy Cones are Districts 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10. Each month starting in August we will feature the Employee of the Month. This is the District President with the greatest percentage increase from one month to the next. So get out there while the summer sun is shining, so you don’t have to tramp through the snow to get that 100% in membership.
