The Voice of Democracy is the premier scholarship program for the Veterans of Foreign Wars. The theme for 2010 - 2011 program is, “Does My Generation Have A Role In America’s Future.” The entry deadline is November 1, 2010 on the local Post/Auxiliary level.

Patriot’s Pen – the “stepping stone” to the Voice of Democracy. This youth essay writing contest theme for 2010 - 2011 is “Does Patriotism Still Matter.” Entry deadline for judging the local level is November 1, 2010.
